Brand Ambassador (Hostess)

  • Coordinate and organize the activities of the host stand and the dining room area in the restaurant in ensuring readiness for operations.
  • At least a PMR/SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Possess at least 2 years of customer service experience in any industry.
  • Cheerful personality & team player.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Handle and maintain good relationship with diverse customers at all levels including senior citizens and young kids.
  • Fresh school leavers who have passion in Food & Beverages Industry are welcome.

Bartender

  • Provide effective customer service and experience in taking orders and ensuring the right drinks are properly prepared and mixed (customized).
  • Coordinate and organize the activities relating to bar and beverages in the restaurant, within the bar area to ensure readiness for operations.
  • At least a PMR/SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' of customer service experience with at least of 1 year experience as a Bartender.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Ability to handle and maintain good relationship with diverse customers at all levels including senior citizens.

Crew – FOH

  • Responsible for serving guests, taking and coordinating orders and keeping counters and tables clean.
  • At least a PMR/SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate in English and maintain good relationship with diverse customers.
  • Fresh school leavers who have passion in Food & Beverages Industry are welcome.

Crew – BOH

  • Responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting quality cooked safe products to our guests.
  • At least a PMR/SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Fresh school leavers who have passion in Food & Beverages Industry are welcome.

Senior Crew – FOH

  • Responsible for serving guests, taking and coordinating orders and keeping counters and tables clean.
  • Responsible to train new Crew members to be competent for their role.
  • At least a PMR/SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Min. 2 year of Crew experience and competent in all role & responsibilities of a Crew - FOH.
  • Passionate in coaching and guiding new crew members.
  • Ability to communicate in English and maintain good relationship with diverse customers.
  • A good team player to maintain good working relationship amongst staff in the Restaurant.

Senior Crew – BOH

Restaurant Supervisor

  • Supervise subordinates in all aspects of restaurant daily operations and services.
  • Assist in work scheduling and ordering supplies; ensure that guest checks are handled accurately, efficiently and in compliance with Restaurant and Brand policies guidelines.
  • At least STPM or 2 years of high school education, or
  • Has 2 to 3 years of related working experience (full time employment) in similar industry with proven track record.
  • Requires thorough knowledge on casual and/or fine-dining restaurants.
  • Possess good supervision, communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead the team and cultivate good working relationship amongst staff in the Restaurant.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently.
  • Excellent vision required for seating guests, expediting food, cleaning equipment, reading floor plans, charts, and schedules.
  • Possess analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager for the smooth operations of Front of House (FOH) of the restaurant.
  • Ensure work standards are within the Quality, Service, Ambience & Value (QSAV) guidelines.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma preferably in F & B, Hotel Management, Hospitality or equivalent.
  • Possess 2 to 3 years' of working experiences in a supervisory role for an F&B industry.
  • Those without professional qualifications must have minimum of 4 years of related working experience (full time employment) in similar industry with good track records.
  • Can speak, read and write English fluently and sufficiently.
  • Proficient in the full spectrum of casual / fine-dining restaurant function.
  • Understand and have experience working with Point-Of-Sales (POS) system.
  • Meticulous, mathematically incline and possess good people skills.
  • Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.

Restaurant Manager

  • Overall responsible for smooth operations for Front of House (FOH) of the restaurant.
  • Build sales and control costs within the budget to meet/exceed expected business results.
  • Responsible for compliance of all related standards and guidelines, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Assist to staff up the employees fully as well as leading and developing employees to achieve the expected work performance and productivity.
  • Must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years' of working experiences as supervisory role in similar industry.
  • Those without professional qualifications must have minimum of 6 years of related working experience (full time employment) in similar industry with good track records.
  • Can speak, read and write English fluently and sufficiently.
  • Proficient in the full spectrum of casual / fine-dining restaurant function, including food planning and preparation, cost management, customer handling, workplace safety & security,
  • regulatory requirements, people management, recordkeeping, etc.

  • Lead and develop Back of House (BOH) staff to achieve the expected work performance and productivity.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years' of working experiences as supervisory role in similar industry.
  • Those without professional qualifications must have minimum of 6 years of related working experience (full time employment) in similar industry with good track records.
  • Can speak, read and write English fluently and sufficiently.
  • Proficient in the full spectrum of casual / fine-dining restaurant function, including food planning and preparation, cost management, customer handling, workplace safety & security, regulatory requirements, people management, recordkeeping, etc.

Restaurant General Manager

  • Overall responsible for smooth operations and profitability of the assigned restaurant.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching and direction to the restaurant management team to maximize long-term sales and profit potential of the assigned restaurant.
  • Build a positive relationship with restaurant management team in ensuring business goals are met/exceeded.
  • Ensures understanding of restaurant operating standards and service quality. Subsequently build commitment and ultimately ensure adherence to the Quality, Service, Ambiance & Value (QSAV) guidelines as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure restaurant assigned is fully staffed up and their employees are led and developed to achieve the expected work performance and productivity.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 6 years' of working experiences as supervisory role in similar industry.
  • Proficient in full spectrum of casual / fine-dining restaurant function and understand the entire business process of operating and managing restaurant.
  • Understanding and connected to the industry trends.
  • Understand and have experience working with Point-Of-Sales (POS) system.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills to maintain good relationship with diverse staffs and customers.
  • Able to coach, facilitate and mentor a diverse group or workforce.
  • Possess leadership qualities to lead, communicate and motivate restaurant team towards meeting/ exceeding the restaurant's goals and objectives.
  • Analytical and strong in problem identification, problem solving and decision making.
